DOES YOUR COMPANY SELL TO END-USERS?
No. As a Master Distributor of over 30 years, we sell strictly to wholesale suppliers and other distributors, never to any end-users.

CAN YOU DROP SHIP THIS MATERIAL TO MY CUSTOMER?
Yes, we blind ship nearly 40% of our orders on a daily basis.

DOES YOUR COMPANY CUT PIPE AND TUBE?
Yes! With multiple saws in all our locations, we’re happy to cut anything in stock to length, from 1 up to 1,000 cuts per job.

DOES YOUR COMPANY DEBUR CUTS?
Yes. All material is cut with precision and deburred for safety and accuracy.

DOES YOUR COMPANY OFFER STOCK & RELEASE PROGRAMS?
Absolutely. We have the warehouse space and logistical capabilities to provide stocking programs for your individual needs. This helps keep your balance sheet clean, your warehouse organized, and your reputation solid.

WHAT SURFACE CONDITIONS DOES YOUR COMPANY OFFER?
Dover Tubular offers a variety of finishes, including but not limited to: Bright Annealed, Annealed & Pickled, OD polish, and High Purity/Sanitary finishes.

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER AMOUT?
Our minimum on any drop/short is $50. Our minimum for any full length or cut job is $150.

DO YOU SOURCE MATERIAL FOR SPECIFIC PROJECTS?
Yes! One of Dover Tubular’s greatest strengths is our ability to competitively source material for special projects. With containers traveling to us from all over the world, we’re able to pair your material with our own inventory to drive down shipping costs and lead time. We’re also what we like to call “trader agnostic”, which means we always field the most competitive bids for your projects, ensuring the greatest cost savings possible. Finally, we work with a variety of Domestic, DFARS, and AML certified mills, so we always stand by the quality of our work!

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
No, although we can accept ACH payments & wire transfers under certain circumstances.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If material must be returned, we require the following:

25% Re-stock fee
Pre-paid freight to origin warehouse
Material packed for protection

All material is subject to final inspection and must be in good condition to be returned. Sorry, we don’t accept any returns for material that has been cut or altered in any way
